While the shop location and the service was very friendly, the repair took too long. The original part was damaged, causing delay and then once “fixed” there was a dent in the repaired part.

Repairs are always amazing! There's just a small communication problem. I dropped my car off & dont think anything was started til 3 days later. 7 days to fix some scratches seems a bit long, but like I said the repairs were top notch. A year ago, I was rear ended and shoved into the car un front of me. Again, work was excellent, but communication was a smidge lacking. I wasn't kept posted this time, simply told at day 4 when they would likely be done. Then didn't hear again til they were done.
