Everything was great, they were very polite and explained every detail. The only thing is that my front light were not foggy before I took my car there, and now they are.

One suggestion for you is to have a checklist Of items that the customer has taken out of his car before he leaves it with you. For example make sure the client has taken their garage door opener important keys off their car key ring Parking passes off the windshield etc I left my office Key and my garage door opener in the car and that was inconvenient for the last week
