Repair of the RAV4 went smoothly from start to finish - SVE dealt with insurance company directly for any extras which was very helpful and time saving on my side as well. Repair looks great - very happy with the look of the car!

We had scheduled some repairs to be done on our BMW. Prior to our date of bringing it in we were in an accident. The car could not be driven. We called SVE and asked if we could have the car towed in to them as we already had some work scheduled to be done by them in the coming weeks. They didn’t hesitate and told us to bring it in.
SVE kept us updated weekly as to the status of the repairs, insurance claim, etc.
We could not be happier with the repairs and cannot give enough accolades to their friendly and professional staff.
