I have no complaints about the quality of the repair, but was disappointed with the level of communication about the process. At no point in any of my conversations prior to the appointment was I informed that you would need to keep my vehicle for multiple days. I assumed it would be like any other repair I've ever had done where I drop it off in the morning and it's ready to pick up by the end of the day. I had arranged a ride to and from the shop on the day of the appointment, but once I called for a status update and realized it wouldn't be ready same-day, I had to scramble to figure out how I would get around for the next few days.
I was asked multiple times prior to the appointment if I would need a rental car, but since I assumed I was only going to be without my car for a single day, I declined. It should have been made clear WHY you were asking about that because if I'd have known, I probably would have wanted a rental. I guess I should have asked about how long it would take, but like I said, I've never had a repair take longer than a day; I figured that was standard practice and anything beyond that would be clearly communicated.
