I was extremely happy with the warm customer service I received once entering the shop. Don inspected and took photographs of the damages on my vehicle then he was able to give me a detailed description of the damages he would send to the insurance. Once I dropped of my vehicle, I received text message updates about my cars status. I called Don asking if my repair could be earlier than the posted date because I was leaving for Chicago. They were able to rush it three days sooner! When I picked up my car, service was quick and my car looked completely brand new! I have never been more satisfied and happy about work on my vehicle. Extremely happy customer, I will tell others about Status Symbol.
