Great job, I'm impressed, my car is looking brand new!

The job was done in a timely manner and was done correctly.

The communication was not that good at all, which is something that needs to be, especially when there was a delay. While I understand delays happen, the customer should know right away. I was told I would get a phone call every other day which did not happen.

Rachel Brock was an excellent representative for Larry H. **** Collision Center. I appreciate her personal communication and the automated text messages I received to keep me informed. My truck was repaired to my satifaction. The only adverse comment I will give is on the word "detail." It was stated that the truck was being washed and detailed before I picked it up. Indeed it was washed yet, attention to detail was not. The whole cab of the truck had repair dust remnants. I recommend using other terminology. Thank you otherwise for the excellent repair work!

Personnel were really focused making the arrangements convenient for the customer, and the customer service was very personable.
