Had to wait two months to get in for the repair. Our car had very little damage to the rear bumper and supports. It then took a week from the time of our appointment. We picked it up today, and it still has an obvious piece that needs to be replaced or was incorrectly installed. We were told we would get a call from our service rep this afternoon. That did not happen. So now I will need to call in the morning. So, no, I am not happy. Someone should have done quality control before releasing as finished.
