The truck is complete and delivered but the time frame was misssedby two weeks. Total of 47 days in the shop. It was delivered at 31 days in the shop and not done to our satisfaction. We returned it the next morning with a punch list that should have taken 3 days max and instead another week and a half. I am satisfied with the end result but would not be honest if I said the entire experience was 100% satisfying. Nothing more is needed to be done by planet ford to rectify this

My heartfelt thanks to Marcus Stallings for coming to my aid on the highway when the damage to my roof occurred unbenounsed by me. Not only did he and another driver signal me to get off the road, but offered to be a witness if needed by my insurance and helped me clear out the crumbled glass bits to prevent further scratches and damage to surrounding cars until I could get to a dealership. I am so grateful that he told me Planet Ford/Lincoln was so close. I sought him out when I arrived and he personally introduced me to the Manager of the Service/Body Shop, Mike**** who explained everything that needed to be done and assured me they had repaired a car with the same shattered glass before and learned all the challenges they would handle.
Mike then introduced me to the Body Shop Supervisor, Jose Chavez, who would be my personal contact throughout the repair. Jose kept me informed from start to finish and even had my car cleaned inside and out to make sure it was perfect when I picked it up.
That Saturday I still needed help to Sync my new phone and went to the Service Center. The only person there, whom I failed to get his name, sat with me in the car to make that happen before I got back out in traffic. Please check your schedule and find out his name.
I can't say enough how much I appreciated each and every person involved in the happy ending I now enjoy. Thank you all!

Jose Chavez called me friday 4/6/18 when he got the repair request from state farm to schedule vehicle drop off Monday 4/9/18. I called jose monday about dropping off the car and he didnt answer so I left a few voicemails and never got a reply. I called a few times Wednesday to check on my vehicle status and once again i could get an answer or a reply. I also tried calling the front desk and left voicemails there too and still no reply. Finally i get a call back Thursday only to find out that my car had just been sitting in the parking lot for three days without even being looked at. His excuse was that he was out. My thing is if you're gonna be out, the least you can do is make sure that the appointments that you set up are being taken care of. I had to pay for a rental for three extra days that I wouldn't have needed. To make matters worse, my wife goes in to pick up the car today. He completely walks around her for twenty minutes attending other customers that walked in after her.
