I live in Omaha. I was noticed that my car was finished and ready to go Friday, April 29, 2016. I wasn't able to make the commute to pick the vehicle up until Monday morning, May 2, 2016. Upon arriving, I walked around the vehicle to check the work that had been done. I noticed several different spots where the paint work wasn't good. To be quite honest, I don't know how ****'s Auto Body let a car leave there shop looking like that! The staff insisted that I wait around to have to vehicle fixed there, which is something I just didn't have the time for. They then asked about me making the commute back to Lincoln in the future to fix what they should NOT have let go out of the shop in the first place. I explained to the staff that I do not have time to make the commute again just to hope my cars finish looks nice. I drove the car back to omaha and took it to a detail shop(staff at ****'s said they would pay via credit card to have blemishes fixed), detail shop informed me that the paint job, cleant coat and buffing that ****'s did was, and I quote, "atrocious". I am VERY unhappy with the work done on my vehicle. It looks like I'm going to have to find another body shop in Omaha, take the car to then to fix **** Auto Body's mistakes.

You guys were professional and reliable. I appreciate the service and would reccomend you to any person I know. Thank you!
