I waited a very long time to get my tire rim and then the car shakes like crazy. Also the light bulb was replaced w an unlike bulb and I explained that to Gary and he said he would try to charge that back to the insurance. I don't really care who.pays. My car bulbs now don't match and it came on w upgraded and came out with mismatched. And finally there is a piece of plastic 9r something missing that goes behind the pax door handle and a screw is exposed. I don't want anyone who may be getting on or our of the car to be hurt. It was there and now they aren't.

When I first got there the staff was courteous kind and no mile rep was gonna be Gary he walked me through the procedure gave me a time element unless saw any issues would come up and he stuck to his guns got my car out I’m in the allotted time called me a couple of times and told me he needed this he needed that and you don’t give them a couple of days took it back and he was making a squeak and he said hey you just bring it over and I’ll make time to go on a little test ride which he did very very satisfied with the work Highly would recommend it to anybody else that has a misfortune of getting into an accident and now I’ll give you 110%
