Jordan Collision Repair

My driver side windshield wiper was hanging off. I'm not sure why it was tampered with because it was not part of my repair. My lower bumper still has white marks on it from my accident as if nothing was fixed. I couldn't tell if the top bumper was fixed until I cleaned it because my vehicle was given back to me with the bumper covered in dirt. I was told, this was a small repair and I got a call saying my vehivle would be ready the next day or at the latest Thursday. After calling and leaving numerous with no call backs, I finally got my vehicle at the closing of business on Saturday. I did inform my insurance about my terrible experience.

I am very satisfied with the repair work on that was performed on my vehicle. Since I am out of state, I have not had the opportunity to check the work performed on my vehicle 100% but I feel very confident by the reassurance given to me by Patterson and Bruce that Jordan Ford stands behind the repairs performed on my vehicle. Their word is very interesting mportant to me. I appreciate how Patterson and Bruce went out of their way to work with me and the manner they went out of their way to work with me to ensure that all my concerns were met. I was on a TIME SENSITIVE DEADLINE but their professionalism shined through. They earned my respect and loyalty by having met the concerns I had at the time. My attitude at the time was not very pleasant but through it all Patterson and Bruce were extremely patient and continued to work with me to ensure Jordan Ford Customer Satification was adhered to. Their actions reflect and apply to Mack and Cody as well. They united as a team which speaks very highly of the professionalism that exists with all of Jordan Ford's personnel. When I went to pick it up the transmission was not working properly they took it back and I haven't heard from him yet today

They did a great job on my Escape. Bruce kept me up to date on everything. I would highly recommend to everyone.

I went to speak with my collision consultant, he walked me back to show me my vehicle and directed me to someone else is vehicle. I told him that was not my truck, asked me if I was sure. My vehicle ended up needing more repair than expected, it went to 10 days past projected date. I understand this does happen but when I called for updates I always got the run around. Many times my consultant had no clue what was going on with my vehicle, would tell me I will talk to the mechanic and call you back after lunch. He would never call me. When I went to go pick up my vehicle I was displeased on how my front bumper looked. Told the consultant my bumper looked lopsided, he in return said "no that how they are all made." Then took me to another vehicle like to show me they we all made like that. I asked him to please get another employee for a second opinion. Mike the service manager came out, I told him about the bumper. He agreed with me, stated" yes it does not look symmetric, I will take it to the back and adjusted the bumper for you." Brought back to me with improvements. After this service, we will not be taking any vehicles back to Jordan Collision, this consultant made our over vehicle collision more stressful then needed to be.

Received call that it was ready and when I went to pick it up it was not fixed right I attempted to pick it up 3 different times I was not happy with the service I received nor was I happy with Christian **** who was assign to my repair

Office staff rather unfriendly... Perhaps over worked. Repairs took a couple of days longer than was expected. Again, maybe too many vehicles. Christian was very courteous.

Bruce was great kept me informed and always returned my calls. Vehicle was a little delayed but the repair looks great and it's important to have it done right.

Wonderful service

Excellent service, but mostly excellent communication. The working relationship you have with GEICO and how you two manage the repair process is extrodinary. I have been in the insurance business for more than 16 years and I have never seen any body shop work with such awesome communication. Thank You again for keeping me informed throughout the process. I will most definitely recommend Jordan Collision not only to my family and friends, but to my customers.

Took too long and my jeep floor board on drivers side is completely soaked ghey must have left it out during the hard rains i have a call into the repair centee will see how they handle it very unpleased at this time

First I was updated frequently about the repairs. The entire team treated me as though my business was important. The assessment of damages was thorough and repairs were complete on time.
