Repairs went well and staff was friendly. The front parking lot is a bit difficult to navigate. More spaces and signage would upgrade you facility.

Overall I had a good experience, however the communication of when my car would be completed is what I have an issue with. The text messages of updates is great, but they were only updated and prompted after I called to get a status update. I received a text message that my car would be completed by 4/13 at 4PM. I showed up at the Collision Center on 4/14, and was told my car was not complete. I was never updated at that point to tell me otherwise. There was a hail storm that took place and I know the collision center was inendated with estimates and work -- so I understand the impact on the Collison Center BUT my car was there for repairs prior to the hail storm. I do not feel communication to my account should have suffered as a result. Regarding this aspect I was disappointed.

Cable from gearbox wasn't properly reattached, when I got home the cable was dragging on the ground. Also after replacing the tire on my vehicle the tire pressure monitoring system valve wasn't re inserted.

I brought my car in for a collusion work for a bumper replacement and the new bumpers colors are not matching and my head lights are out of alignment when i got hit they were out of place and they still are im so unhappy for the work you all have done for me

The satellite antennae was not replaced as per the spec, but I ended up paying for it, since I did not have a choice. Also, I found a significant scratch that was not there on the truck, and the new bedliner was not properly aligned on the bed of the truck. My salesperson, Christian, stated he would call and let me know why these items were there and would take care of it, but I have not heard from him after I paid my deductible. Poor follow-up. I need to make sure I get what I paid for.

Initially the communication was good and the steel replacement appears to be good, the paint matches well. When I was told the car was ready I found the interior filthy with some poor and sloppy final paint finish, a bent spare wheel that was put in without securing, painters tape and paper still attached to the car, and a hole in a newly replaced panel plus a dent that was initially in a new replaced part that was ignored the first time I pointed it out and to top that off a bare metal area exposed under the car prone to rust that had been painted and then ground off for some reason. It became apparent there is no quality control!!
