I received exceptional service. Joe Barraza was efficient, professional and honest. He checked my car for damages promptly and gave me a quote and set up my appointment hassle free. He knew that I had an appointment with Another car dealership and ordered the parts for my car quickly. My car was ready when promised which is not what most people experience with body shops. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Hoy body shop and the customer service overall but mainly with Joe. I am also very satisfied with the work that was done on my car, it looks fabulous!
