I was told that they would install a spoiler on my wife's mustang by the manager. We scheduled a day to bring it in and a price of "about" $500 to have the spoiler installed. I brought it in and was told it should be ready on Thursday the 18 Nov 2021. After it sat in their faciloty for 4 days I called to check status and was told that they didn't know the status of the vehicle. I received a call from Jackie and was told that they didn't do that type of work... Very unprofessional and unreliable! What a joke!

I’ve shared this feedback directly with both Chad and Tim so this should not be a surprise. I absolutely recognize that there would likely be delays in servicing my car quickly due to both ongoing supply chain issues as well as general labor shortages in the US. However, my biggest issue is with lack of communication with the team which left me incredibly frustrated and required me to devote time daily to calling / emailing for status updates. It’s not an exaggeration to say I called multiple times again (speaking with the reception, is it Jocelyn?) - - nearly ever phone call I placed when unreturned. I received a myriad of reasons: Chad’s out of town, Chad’s with a customer, we don’t have enough people to work on your car - - but mostly just silence. After one day calling SIX times, I finally got Chad on the phone where he said, “I’m just going to be honest - nothing’s been done with your car”. Communication was better when Tim stepped in. In the end, I was without a car for 7 weeks and 3 days. I later learned that the car sat without being evaluated for the first 3 weeks which is unacceptable. Our insurance only covered 30 days worth of rental car coverage so I had to juggle that piece, too. While I’m pleased with the overall work that was performed, I was so dissatisfied with the experience and will not be able to recommend your services to anyone.

Nice clean shop. Chad and everyone there was great to work with. Actual work performed was excellent; silver metallic paint matched perfectly and all the gaps were straight and even.

I am NOT happy with the way the rear bumper protector was applied. I was told by Tim Wolf that It would look better after several months when the heat gets to it, this, in turn, would smooth out the wrinkles/bubbles that I see now. This echo’s the fiasco I had to deal with when I bought the car and with the sloppy install of the clear shield. I have learned to live with it even after they redid one part of it as per my request This next topic is NO reflection on Tim Wolf. I felt that the previous manager dropped the **** on getting my car in for repairs, I did make an appointment about a week later with one of the desk people, however when I arrived for my appointment several weeks later, I had the feeling that no one was expecting me and no one knew what was going on. This in turn made it more of a headache for Tim to manage my expectations when I dropped off the vehicle. I was frustrated having to explain my concerns and expectations a third time. Needless to say I was not a nice person to deal with and I later apologized for my less than stellar behavior. Perhaps I’m too picky or my expectations are too high, regardless I was asked for feedback and my intention is not to be a ****. Having worked in dealerships since I was 20 years old, i’m not your run-of-the-mill customer and I am able to see both sides of these topics. I don't really have a solution to make me completely satisfied. I would never trash anyone on an auto manufacturers survey, so don't need not worry about that. I have been on the other end of that in the past and know the drama from that. Thanks for listening. Alex

The customer service was some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. Some of the rudest staff that treated me rudely because I had to call week after week to get a status on my car. I would never go back to your collision center.

Tim really helped me out. He made sure my vehicle was fixed completely and not even the smallest detail was overlooked. Tim also kept me updated and I always knew what was going on with my car. Also, Jasmine was incredibly kind and always showed patience. An unpleasant experience got me to Autobahn. But, Autobahn made the experience as pleasant as possible.
