In spite of the scope of the repair, paint was limited to the bumper. Extending paint to the entire dog house would have been smart and should have been offered. Cooling system was not properly purged. Voice mails were never answered. Yesterday I found damage to the passenger rocker panel.

Hi below are 3 comments to consider is your process and quality assurance areas:
****) The front license plate holder and my Sedona place was missing and not replaced. That should have been photographed and put back on since it was oroginally on the vehicle.
2) The right headlight assembly was replaced. People like myself who own high-end vehicles should be asked if they would like to replace the opposite headlight assembly. As we all know headlight assemblies age, discolor and reduce nighttime vision and light range over time. It would have been nice to have been asked if I wanted to pay to have it replaced. I would have paid the out of pocket cost to have the left light assembly replaced.
3) My wiper assemblies were discolored and paint was chipping. Had I been asked while the car was in for the front end repair I would have paid out of pocket to have both wiper assembly arms re-painted. Upselling high-end car owners I would think adds gross margin to your profitability without have owners shell out a lot of additional labor expense.

My only gripe is whoever was inside my car made many changes on the radio with the preset stations. Otherwise, we're very happy with the work done.

****) Autobahn Collision was waiting on an answer from my insurance company before preceding with the work. OK, but when I called, I got the impression that the update had fallen in a crack, and only my call triggered action.
2) Seems to me the auto collision repair industry has lost the sense of importance of getting the customer back on the road, perhaps due to the prevalence on rental cars paid for by insurance companies. We have waived rental car coverage to save money on insurance. I am sure we are not alone. We were thus down **** vehicle for 4 weeks.
3) The microphone for the hands-free phone was moved during repair. Issues: a) New mic placement interfered with the visor b) Thus mic was covered if the visor was down b) The mic cable was not properly secured in the headliner and now dangles across the windshield.
4) However, the personnel at Autobahn were very polite and accommodating.

Shouldn’t take three months to repair a vehicle despite supply chain issues. You are not good at communicating with your customers who went out of their way to utilize Autobahn. Called mid-April and was told Autobahn had not received funds. GEICO sent you a check for $13K on 3/17/2022. What ever the excuse was, it was not based on the truth. Autobahn’s only saving grace is Matthew S. He was respectful and aware of the time spent on repair or whatever the excuse was. Took a survey for Subaru and made them aware of what occurred with my Ascent. Please do not contact me. Through with surveys that have no impact on your customer service!!
