We called Rockwall on Friday morning at 8am, and Steven said the car was ready to be towed to Rowlett, where we could pick it up.
I called several times during the day without success.
Finally at 4:30 we said we would pick up the car at Rockwall. Then they said they would just drive it to Rowlett, where we picked it up at 5pm--9 hours later!

The work and communication were great. I was disappointed how dirty my car was when I picked it up. I could hardly see out of the front window and there was repair dust all over the inside of the vehicle, seats, etc. Thank you for the work, I’d just ask the vehicle be returned at least as clean as it was dropped off.
