I do need to thank Elaine, the girls at the front desk and Elaine's supervisor for the great assistance. I am very concerned about the tone and lack of empathy shown by Mike. I was in a bind when I brought the car in. Had I been able to drive the car, I would have gone elsewhere. He did not instill confidence. My car was in the shop for nearly one month. It was not a priority. If I ever use Service King again, and I may if I need service, I will definitely know to stay away from Mike and would encourage others to request an alternate service person. He should not be working in the service industry. There is no excuse for rudeness, especially when people are at their most challenging moments.

Ruben was extremely helpful, honest, and thorough throughout the entire repair process. The actual repair seems excellent, although I haven’t been able to view it in the sun yet. Worst experience ever. Mike was horrible at communicating, and worse off, my car is still not fixed. Only communicated twice with me in the 7 weeks they’ve had my car. Now I have to wait how long to get it back after they killed my battery, blew a fuse AND my air conditioner won’t work. Worst service. And your manager was yelling at her employees while customers were in the building. Very unprofessional.
