Everything went fine except for the fact that my wife came in to pick up the car and no one checked her ID to see if she was the owner. I dropped off the car and no one on the staff had even met her before that. We had a car stolen in a valet parking lot because they failed to make sure who the owner was.

Though I identified defect in the paint job when I went to pick the car,however the manager John was quick to recognize the problem and very apologetic. When I picked the car for the 2nd time the job was complete however I discovered broken phone mount. Again without any argument John accepted the responsibility and had it fixed. Good customer service and communication.
