Tailpipe was bent and not fixed. My son, who picked up the car, had to wait 20 minutes when he got there to get the car and an additional 30 minutes for the tailpipe to be fixed when the care was supposed to be ready. This made him very late to his job which means he did not get paid for the hour (he is 19 and has an hourly job while home from college).
