Your local general manager is entirely aware of my intense dissatisfaction. This has been the worst customer-service experience of my life. The car was not ready when promised the first day ... the second day ... OR the third day ... and then when it FINALLY was finished, it was delivered with additional, new damage. This has been a horrendous experience. Every part of it has been awful, and it has been incredibly poorly managed.

The work on the car looks great, Brian the rep I worked with was great responded to all my texts and messages. Mike was also great very accommodating and helpful. The car just took a lot longer than expected. There was also some miscommunication with the staff on the phone one person told me the car needs 2 more days of work, then about an hour later, Brian called me and said the car would be ready today, which it was. I don’t know who I talked to on the phone but that is quite a difference. But other than that the staff was helpful and courteous
