The issue we had was regarding the deductible. This has been resolved from the beginning, that we would not have to pay it and it was being waived by the insurance company. It should have been an easy pick up of the car upon completion but instead there was the hassle of having to call various insurance agents because our adjustor was not in the office, to again re-confirm the waiver as for some reason there was confusion, (disbelief or not in the computer?) that the deductible had been waived.
