When I first called to schedule an appointment for my repairs, I was treated poorly by someone with a short attitude. I then proceeded to book an appointment time for a sat AM drop off (this all took place at 5:30 PM on a tuesday night). When I called back the Friday before my scheduled appointment to see if my appointment was ready, I was told that nothing was put down for me for the SAT AM. I had my weekend scheduled around this appointment time. This is just bad customer service. On a good note...another lady helped me that Friday to book an appointment for the following monday. Overall I would give the experience a 3 out of 5 stars.
