I believe I have discussed this at length with your personnel. I dropped my car off 12/****, and was told my estimated completion date would be 12/17. I received a daily email confirming that my car would be ready as initially estimated. However, on the day of estimated completion, I received a call stating that my car would not be ready for another 5 days. Per your representative, this was not related to him, and this should have been identified much earlier. At that point, he stated that they would try to complete my car by 12/20. I did not receive any communication from Valley Motor Center on 12/20. Also, on 12/22 I had to call to receive the status of my vehicle (albeit I called early afternoon). I have used Valley Motor Center for my precious auto repairs. You guys four great repairs. However, this most recent experience was unsatisfactory, and I will not be using Valley Motor Center in the future.
