Customer service was not very good. At first promised to be done in 2 days ended up being 8 days without a satisfactory explanation. At the end, they were refusing to give my car back b/c payment from insurance was not there. They had confirmed however, that the payment (with correct amount ) had already been sent. I had to write a check for the balance in order to get my car back. Seems shady to me since they already had confirmation that the payment was coming. Will never use this place again!

He went above and beyond to take care of the process from beginning to end. The updates on how my car was doing were always timely and spot on. I don't enjoy when my cars need repairs but I do enjoy taking care of my car issues with Valley Motor Center.
