My car repair experience was wonderful and the end product was great. I felt that my office experience was unsatisfactory and unprofessional at times.
****) Office Staff repeatly could not find my estimate within the computer system. I ended up calling a central service number to get the information for them.
2) When I came to pick up my car they did not know where my car key was and had to look for it.
3) They charged my credit card and had me sign papers without me looking over the work to see if it was to my satisfaction. I finally asked to look at the car.
