Everyone was very kind and informative I didn’t have a long wait I was just so pleased with my service.Once I got my service person Michael that is, things went very smoothly. he told me what I wanted to know. had me sit down for a little while very little while and then came right back to me with The information from my insurance company. he had an appointment witht the adjustor people for the next day. He took care of everything and he even got me a little assistance, on some old damage, from the insurance company. . I was just so pleased with his kindness and efficiency. Now if that wasn’t enough. We had a simple little insignificant glitch at the time of my pick up of my car. But it Was handled by the supervising gentleman in the kindest manner quickly And efficiently. Well, I left there just so happy to have my lovely car back and I believe Ive never had as good an experience in all my 70 years of driving. I will certainly recommend this body shop and the gentleman Michael who took care of me and the supervising boss to anyone ever again that asked me for help in finding a good body shop. They run a very efficient operation. And I am might add, the office staff is also very kind and the sweet girls and boys tare always smiling. They were happy to help me with the coffee machine, loaned me a charger for my phone, helped me get things out of my car, and assisted me with the paperwork.

Everyone at Service King provides excellent service. The ladies up front couldn’t be more professional and nice. The service rep, Mike, is ver knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. I appreciated working with him. Service King gets my highest recommendation.

The craftsmanship is superior
