Very well done, my truck was actually finished several days early. Excellent customer service, especially with Tom, and I loved the text updates throughout the repair.
Great communication but the parts weren't inspected closely untill new parts were ready to install so a reorder was necessary which put me in a bind but Drake offered to reinstall the damaged bumper to get me going but i worked something out so as not to need my vehicle until it was repaired
Drake went over and behond to see that i was taken care of
