I was told not to call for updates, someone would call me. I never got **** phone call until the car was ready for pickup and called an hour before that to check. their work is very good and when I did call, which I tried not to do, the people were helpful. I also didn't get text messages other than the one with the estimate and the one when I was standing in their office picking up the car. the woman at the front desk said that is impossible - LOOK AT MY PHONE! I tried to text my contact person after the estimate but never got a response. they had both my number and my husbands and neither of us got texts or phone calls. It wouldn't have bothered me so much but they made such a big deal about giving updates and me not calling when I dropped off the care. otherwise they did great work and were professional.
