I really liked getting the text updates on the progress of my car! They were fun and also answered my questions on your progress saving me the hassle of calling to check!

My only complaint is that the interior of my car was dirty. It would be nice to have temporary or paper mats placed on the floor to eliminate this problem. The communication was very good and most appreciated.

I am amazed at how quickly my car was repaired. In fact, I got my Camry one day earlier than promised.
When I was unable to reach Enterprise Rental Cars, Mike Calvert staff offered to call them for me. When the person that was taking care of me overheard what was going on, he tapped me on my shoulder and asked to follow him. He asked the Toyota Rental staff to get me a car right away because he knew that I had to go to work. Within a few minutes, I was provided with a Corolla.
Again, it all took a few minutes for me to drop my car and get to work!!!

Irritating -- the gas gauge was below empty when I picked it up. Had to crossy fingers and find the nearest gas station.
ABSOLUTELY NOT GOOD -- while trying to find that gas station the hood was vibrating. HOOD WAS NOT LATCHED!!!

I was not informed about what was happening with my car. After 5 days I called and was told it would be ready Monday. I would have liked to have had the opportunity to repair other parts if the car but I was not able to speak to a person. I was told I by jerry that he had sent texts but I had asked on my paperwork to be contacted at work. I never received a text until today telling me the car was ready. 4 days after promised. On pickup the lady behind the desk asked me if the car was ok but I had no idea what had been done. I will call farmers and let them know about my experience.

They damaged my car while it was their being repaired for hail damage. They damaged the dash board, didn't repair the side mirror, left it filthy dirty on the inside and out, didn't put things back together, etc... So I had to leave the car after it had already been their for a MONTH! They paid for the rental car through the mike Calvert Toyota rental place. The car got a flat tire and we put the spare on the car. I took it back to the rental place for them to fix and they sent me to NTB to get the tire looked at to see if it could be repaired. It could not be repaired and they needed to put a new tire on the car. However, they were going to charge us for the tire. We were not going to pay for the tire because I would not be in this situation at all if the body shop had not damagedy car so the body shop should have paid for the tire and they refused. I was drivin around town with an infant on a spare tire! Unacceptable! Plus when I confronted the rental people about the issue, they were rude and treated me horribly. I will never recommend Mike Calvert Toyota for anything. I have never been treated so horribly in my life. Also, my dashboard wasn't fixed, all they did was put a cover on it. It looks horrible and the color doesn't match and it doesn't fit right. The only one who treated me like a human being was Daisy in customer relations. Also, Jimmy in the body shop was very condescending towards me. It made it difficult to talk to him. I will tell people to stay away from Mike Calvert Toyota.
