First, our car was gone way longer than expected. When we called for status updates we were told "someone will call you back" and they never did, several times. When we got the car back it was covered in dirt like it was sitting for weeks with the work completed. When rinsed off there were gouge marks on the paint where metal tools were use to remove the bumpers and trim pieces. They used touch up paint to fix it after I brought it up. While doing that they spilled the paint on the dash. Some interior trim pieces were not correctly reinstalled and rattled while driving.

It took a long time to repair it and when it was supposedly ready it had a lot of unprofessional details from a dealer and they also gave a false report to the dealer and devalued my vehicle. The repair was for natural damage, not an accident. I am dissatisfied.

Work not done in timely manner. Communication between service and collision department was poor. Original estimate for work incorrect. Refused to provide complete and accurate estimate when requested. Took over three weeks to install tailgate.

Very clunky and ridden with problems. On top of that I was lied to every day. The service I received was horrible and delays were unnecessary. Even on pickup there were issues. I payed my part in full and then was presented with a paper to sign before leaving that said I still owed $500 (I just paid the $500). Seriously shady and run poorly.

I have not received an update on when the repairs will be performed? Awaiting status on both the highlander supplemental repairs as well as the Tundra catalytic converter repairs. I do not have a date for either one. Please provide an update

The worst service I ever had. The communication was horrible. The contact person would not return my calls. I had to go to business to get an update only to find the find the person had left the company. The communication with my insurance company was horrible. I will not be using your business anymore & will not refer it to anyone.
