I understand that nothing is perfect, but you came highly recommended so I used the service. I needed to leave the car after the initial repair because there were scratches that were not there when I left the car. It took five days and two calls to finally find out my car was done. It looks great now that it’s done , but on the way home I discover when I’m almost home my right front turn signal doesn’t work. I now have to take it back. Not very happy right now.

The communication and repair work were fine - no problem. However...the repair work seemed to take longer than we expected and we did not seem to be a priority at Blue Collision. I know about the GM strike, etc., but, 9/13 to 10/14 is over 30 days and the return date was changed three times! It only took three hours to build the entire car...!
