Michael was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. Luckily, our insurance also was quick to respond to him and provide him the needed approvals to get the work done. There were delays, but more so due to the newer vehicle and the sensors tuning which was out of his control but it also resulted in us being made aware of a warranty part issue on our vehicle at the dealership, we were glad it was located now instead of later. This did not impact our opinion of how helpful and quick overall it was to get our vehicle repaired. We would recommend Michael and blue auto collision to others and would use them again.

Awesome first time experience! Everyone in the office was friendly and were in good moods. I wasn't sure what to expect, as I'd called Toyota and they recommended Blue Collision, and understand why. I was greeted by Mike and walked thru process, and the Enterprise driver was there about 10-min after I sat down. The entire process was exceptional and cannot highly recommend this company enough. They repaired my Taco and it looks great again.
