When I have to pay another $900 to another shop to fix the reason we brought it to you in the first place, I'd say you completely missed the mark. Sure you fixed the body damage, which was the 2nd reason we brought it to you. We took the car after to a shop we trust and will not ever be coming back for services from you.

They were very professional. I went in and had a very prompt estimate on what my repair would cost. On the repair day after taking a few parts off the car they found they didn’t need all the parts in the estimate and called me with a reduced amount for my repair. The repair was done in a very timely manor. I have been very pleased with their work and will definitely try Higgins Body and Paint again.
