I appreciated the updates throughout the repair process and the professional manner in which ALL the staff interacted with me. I was also pleasantly surprised to see the inside of my vehicle cleaner than when I had left it. Most importantly, the repair work left my car looking as though it was brand new, and other possible non-collision related scratches and dents were removed or polished out at the same time. I'm sure the extra resources to do this were not a part of the estimated or billed work, but these finishing details went above and beyond my expectations to complete what I feel to be a job well done and a very satisfied customer! The paint matching made viewing any differences undetectable. Thank you to all of you who played a role in this process. I will be sending any future service your way.

The repair looks great. It would have impressed me more if the car was a little detailed. $7 grand and the vinyl and carpets could not be wiped off? I know it was not part of the repair but after not seeing my car for two weeks I guess I was hopeing for a spotless car. Just a little more care in clean up after would go a long ways. Thanks for your fine work and keeping me informed along the way. You were great to work with.
