M3 Collision South Main

I arrived at M3 today Saturday 7/16 to pick up my car (i received a text notification me the car was ready to drive home ) and Katrina told me the car was not ready . She stated and I could not take the car because it was not inspected by Geico . I told her this is the only day I could pick up the car and I need it for work on Monday morning. The text messages I received all week from M3 indicated that the car would be ready on Friday and was actually completed on Friday 7/15. Katrina refused to turn of the car . After 15 minutes of Katrina insisting that I could not take the car another person there (Paul) took a photo for the Geico inspection and turned the car over to me. Katrina was rude, she refused to call her manager, geico , or anyone else to determine what could be done. This was extremely stressful. Why m3 (or katrina) initially refused to turn the car over is beyond me. Additionally , a trim piece was not installed properly on the left front door. This was noted in the report. Based on this experience with M3's employee by the name of Katrina, I will never recommend this shop to anyone , and never have my car brought there again. Please have someone from Geico and from M3 contact me regarding this issue With the manner in which I was treated upon arriving to pick up my car. I also need to understand how the trim piece will be repaired by Geico because I am not spending my time driving 45 minutes to go to M3 For a full repair of my vehicle. The amount was paid in full Via my credit card , if this is not resolved early next week I will contact the credit card company to cancel payment for unsatisfactory services.

The staff was courtious, helpfull, and made me feel comforable. Also kudos to repair crew. My car looks great! Thank you so.much !!!!!

Amazing experience!

Having an accident is not a pleasant experience. However, the professional handling of my car from start to finish did much to relieve the stress. Each of my interactions with Katrina was helpful: she kept me aware of the process to fix my car and answered all my questions and concerns. While I relied on her and appreciate the quick attention from Jerry, I have to think the rest of the staff must be as good. P.S, After getting my car back, I stopped at a store where a person asked me if my car was new. Now that says it all! Glenn M
