The truck was dirty when I picked it up. Paint dust inside and out. The truck had not been washed and it had more dirt at the time of pick up than it did when I dropped it off. Is it normal to deliver a dirty truck after repair?

Completely satisfied with the work that was completed. Exceptional work! Keeping me informed regarding the progress/process of the work being done, again exceptional! It was a small bit of work on the driver's side front bumper that was an addition, but included in the estimate that was not done. Probably an oversize or miscommunication by/with the shop, but it was not completed. I will recommend your quality of work, customer service and efficiency to all. Truly, exceptional! Just anticipated the additional "small" job to be completed, too.
