Appreciate that an appointment was made for the actual service time, and the work was complete when promised. Facility and staff top notch, and completed work looks show-room new. Should I ever require body work on any of my four vehicles I wouldn't consider any one other than Dealer Collision, and definitely will highly recommend to anyone asking me for a recommendation.

Repair was excellent. Using text to keep customers informed of the progress was excellent. Missing the completion date for a customer returning from out of state to pick up the car was not so great. Also might consider giving the car a simple exterior wash before returning it to the customer. A dust covered excellent paint job is not the best first impression. Overall very satisfied and everything seems to be working normal so far.
