We've used Bob's Collision several times. They are so easy to work with, also very professional, friendly and courteous. They work hard to make sure you are happy with the results. We will continue to use Bob's Collision if the need ever arises again. I also appreciate they keep you up to date on when you can expect your vehicle.

I had no issues in getting repairs done to my Taurus. Although the grille was painted white to match the car, I have had a number of people tell me it looks better than the gray bars it had. I agree, I was given the option of having it redone; but, I opted to keep it white. And I appreciate the inside being vacuumed and top of the dash being cleaned of the dust that was on it. Overall, a great job.
