They did a good job on repairing my tailgate. The only problem was the estimate was no where close to the actual cost when the job was over. You should stay within 10% to 20% of your estimate. I would not trust you to do work if I was paying for the whole thing and not involving the insurance company.

Because I traded the Buick in on a NEW 2016 EQUINOX, I never saw the final results of the repairs. I trust the 2011 Buick looked GREAT!! WE LOVE OUR NEW EQUINOX!!!! WE should have traded in the Buick 2 years ago. But then we wouldn't have had a 2016 EQUINOX!! :) :) :)

There was overspray residue left on my car that I noticed when I got home I called within 30 minutes to see if I could get it back in and I was told that I couldn't bring it in the same day that I would have to make an appointment when it was convenient for you I found that To be unacceptable. After hearing my dissatisfaction with his proposal he allowed me to come back in the same day . I feel that should've been my first option .

I worked with Drew Kanaval at Watson and I cannot say enough good things about the service he and Watson provided. It was above and beyond anything I could have expected. Daily updates on the progress of the repairs and when a special part needed to be ordered, Watson gave me a beautiful new "loaner" to drive for almost a week -- with no charge. Certainly much, much better than the service at Enterprise the previous week. Drew is EXCELLENT!
