I would tell you that who ever used the air hose on my truck and left the chuck on the hood and then closed it on the chuck might be a little more careful. there was only a small nick and a chip of paint, other than that it looks and drives well. thanks. Don Hess

Whenever I've come to pick up my car after repair, someone came out to go over the work that was done and asked me if I was thoroughly pleased with the results. No one came out - I paid, someone pulled the car around, that was it. It would be a courteous extension to walk out WITH the customer instead of just handing over the keys.
