The estimate was off, but the service was GREAT! they finished repairs FIVE days sooner than expected! Yay! Will definitely use this collision center again if I need services!

When we picked up the car, the radio was blasting and in a station my wife and I do not listen to. I had already expressed concern about my battery, but it was not checked and instead, people were blasting music I'm my car. I'm assuming it was done when the car was not running and within hours of picking the car up, my wife was stranded on base and I had to wake my son up and drive to base to jump start my wife's car just to get her home. I worked in a body shop for a number of years myself and that was not tolerated. I don't have definitive proof other than the radio being on a strange station and very loud, but I seen it happen and I've seen it result it what happened to my wife. Very unprofessional.

I was promised oem headlights and got aftermarket. Also I was continuously told my repairs would be done the following day only to be told the same thing that following day. Ended up receiving the car two days after the promise date. Work wasn't complete and have to return to get work touched up. Very dissatisfied.
