The experience was over all good but I found some strange burn marks on the carpet liner in the trunk, as well as a paint blemish. I was impressed with the frequent communication, and I was happy that the car repairs were completed within the original given time frame (only one day late).

I was positively impressed with the service and work provided by Signature Collision. The service provided was good and the repair on my bumper appears to be quality. My only reservation is the appearance of a crease in the bumper that was not apparent in advance of the repair. It was outside the area impacted by the recent incident, so it may be a remnant of a prior event. Though the crease is on the bumper, it is outside the area impacted by the recent collision. Therefore, I will monitor it and only raise it as an issue if it becomes a point of deterioration in the bumper structure and/or paint.
