I want to commend the staff and technicians at Blacksburg Maaco. They are honest, thorough, and professional. The customer service at this shop is truly exceptional. Dealing with repairs to your vehicle after an accident can often be challenging. In my case, while dealing with a contested insurance claim, when I arrived at Blacksburg Maaco for an estimate, I had been without my car for almost a month. The staff completed an estimate of my vehicle damage without an appointment, called Enterprise rental car company to arrange a pick up, and promised to begin the repairs on my car as quickly as possible. My car was repaired in about a week and a half, faster than initially anticipated. The staff was courteous, thoughtful, and intent on ensuring that I not only understood the repairs that were made to my vehicle, but also that I was completely satisfied. Although this shop was not one of the authorized repair centers associated with my insurance, I was not disappointed in their work or service. Indeed, I would highly recommend Blacksburg Maaco for your car collision repairs. Blacksburg Maaco is a fast, courteous, and supremely professional auto body shop, determined and dedicated to meeting the needs of their customers. Indeed, this was one of the most pain-free repair experiences I have had during the life of my car. Thank you!

Sonya was good, responsive, engaged. Overall delivery of the car was bad as car wasn't cleaned from inside before delivery, doors (from inside) had lot of grease, were black, seats had lot of grease, dashboard was dirty with grease. I would expect car to be clean when delivered when we spent $2700 on repairs.

Before the accident occurred there was no dents on the side where the accident occurred so now there is a big dent that wasn't fixed because they say it was already there and didn't happen with the accident because it has some rust on it now it has a dent that u can see clearly. After my fiance explain to her that it was not in there she act like we were just lying about it and wanting it fixed anyway that's not the case the lady made it sound like we were lying.
