I was charged for a grill and its installation when, in fact, it was not replaced at all. Of even greater concern is the fact that the grill was glued together, which is outright insurance fraud. Additionally, the labor for fixing a small dent and painting this small section was outrageous. There is no way that the hours charged were accurate for the work performed. I am told that the part will be ordered and replaced, but the tickets need to be updated to reflect what occurred. There should be no additional charges for this. As Collision One is a pre-approved auto repair shop for Farmers Insurance, I will also inform Farmers Insurance of the actions of Collision One. This is inexcusable.
