Mr. Dillon, at Collision ****, was overly friendly, courteous, and helpful. Even when my questions were a little bit "off the wall," relative to the key for a wheel lock, for example, he was patient and helpful. Additionally, I had asked that he complete the job by Friday, and he did, keeping me informed about the progress all the way.
He should surely be applauded.
