Kyle is amazingly kind and good at what he does. My moms English skills are not the best, but he was very patient and worked well with her on fixing her Audi Q7! Would definitely recommend him on helping anyone!

Bill was wrong even though I had talked to them 3 separate times on the credit on the manufacturer number. called and told me the rig was going to be done on Thursday, when I went to pick it up they said they needed all day and it would be ready on Friday, also said Kyle would call when it was ready and he did not I just got an email, what they should have told me is the rig would be completed Thursday and I could pick up on Friday, so I did not waste half the day to try and pick it up. I don't feel the estimator really understands how to estimate a job, this was a really clear damage, because of this they had to order a new side, delaying the completion another week, in a major damage I could see this, but not with this damage. I was really displeased by the whole experience and the interaction with the estimator, will not be recommending west side.
