My only complaint was that we had to tape up the window that was broken out. When the repairs were done the technician did not clean up the site. Tape as well as tape residue were still on the vehicle. Anytime we have had a vehicle repaired in the past by other body shops it has been returned to us free of any residue from the accident.

Dugan's' is by far the best body shop in town! Dugan's' has always done quality work on all of my vehicles. We wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else to get them repaired. Even if we have to wait a month or so to get it, it is well worth the wait.

I could have used updated reports. The last report I was given was that the car would be ready on April 3 at 4 o'clock. Since I live three hours away I did call before we left home. If I had not called I would've arrived in the car would not of been ready for three more days and that would've been Tragic.
