I called at 5:00pm to arrange that my car be parked in front of the shop, so that I could pick it up after hours. When I arrived, the car was parked inside the fence. Thankfully some shop workers stayed late and got my car out for me.

The body work was outstanding and it was done in a very timely manner. The only issue we have is the sensor on the driver side back quarter panel is malfunctioning. I will use Dugan’s in the future and relay to friends and family that the body work that was done is exceptional. I will revisit State Farm on how and where to proceed.
