I was satisfied with the work, it just took a long time. Had to wait 3 months for an appointment. They knew what parts were needed and said it would be in and out in a week. They didn’t order the parts until I dropped my car off. Instead of a week, it took 3 weeks to repair. Good work, just slow.

There may be things I don't understand about the process, but I think the timeliness of repairs was poor. After waiting 2.5 months to schedule a "simple" rear bumper replacement & recalibration of the BSM, it seems that the bumper could have been removed on the first day (Thursday) and the BSM recalibration could occur while waiting for a new bumper to be ordered/painted/clear-coated. I would think that this should have taken 4-5 days at most (the time I was initially told to expect), but instead, CW had my car for 12.5 days. This also cost my insurance company about $400 in unnecessary car rental expenses.
As for customer service, your staff was courteous and polite. Your facility was clean and comfortable, and, most importantly, the repair work was excellent.

Very communicable in letting me know status updates and how things were going with the repairs and process. Only unfortunate thing was shipping certain pieces, shipper had sent wrong parts a couple of times I believe but that does not reflect on collision works best efforts and the great work they performed on the car in getting back on the road for me.
