I had a great experience! Even though it took longer than expected (there was a lot of damage) they were very good at keeping me updated on the progress and when it was gonna be ready. One person in particular was Mark who called me and send they would pick up the rest of my rental payments (because I went over a day on my month policy) which I thought was very professional. All in all would come back and recommend to friends!
